Coal Creek Challenge Set for Oct. 19
The Colorado Masters Running Association (CMRA) will host its tenth annual Coal Creek Cross Country Challenge, a 5.72 mile out-and-back foot race on the Coal Creek Trail and open space between Louisville and Lafayette, at 9 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 19. All runners and walkers are welcome. The race begins at the trailhead just east of the Louisville Community Park.
There is no pre-registration. Race day registration
will be held at the Louisville Community Park. The event is free to CMRA members and $10 for non-CMRA participants. Individuals who become members on race day for $25 race free on Oct. 19, all CMRA monthly races for the balance of 2008 and 2009. Prize money to overall winners and top 40+ and 50+ age group winners.
